Jerry Russell Hopkins, age 32, of Fremont passed away Monday morning August 16, 1999, in North Carolina as a result of a automobile accident. He was born on July 13, 1967 in Fremont to Charles H. & Ruth (King) Hopkins. He attended the Friendship Wesleyan in Hesperia.
He is survived by his 3 children Duane Lewis Hopkins of Georgia, Brittni Ann Hopkins of Hesperia, and Tyler Richard of Hesperia: mother Ruth Hopkins of Fremont; brothers Richard (Janice) Hopkins of Arkansas, Charles Hopkins of California, Mike (Val) Hopkins of Fremont, Duane (Deb) Hopkins of Fremont, and Terry Hopkins of Fremont; sister Marian (Dave) Chilcote of Twin Lake; maternal grandmother Gladys King Shelby; several nieces & nephews & aunts and uncles.
Funeral services were held Thursday August 19, 1999, from the Crandell Funeral Home Chapel in Fremont with the Rev. Michael Engelsman officiating.
