Oliver, Christina J. (VanDyke)

 

Christina J. (VanDyke) Oliver, age 21 of Holton, passed away Monday, August 3, 2009 following injuries received in an automobile accident.  Christina was born on September 26, 1987 in Fremont to Mark and Linda (Petropoulos) VanDyke.  Christina graduated from Thornapple Kellogg High School in 2005 and had worked as a Certified Nurses Assistant for Maxim Health Services in Grand Rapids.  Christina’s love was caring for her 3 sons.

 

Christina is survived by her 3 sons, Justin Oliver, Wesley Manning III, Zander Manning; her mother, Linda Petropoulos of Holton; her father, Mark VanDyke of Fremont; her brothers, Ryan (Amy) Vandyke of Grand Blanc; David VanDyke (fiancé, Shelly) of Muskegon; her sister, Sandra Vandyke of Holton; nieces, Jenna, Audrey; nephew, Joshua; maternal grandparents, David & Florence Petropoulos of Fremont; paternal grandparents, Bill & Lois VanDyke of Fremont; her best friend, Kim Gardei; several aunts, and uncles.

 

VISITATION : Thursday 2-3pm at Crandell Funeral Home – Fremont Chapel.  FUNERAL SERVICES : 3pm at the Crandell Funeral Home – Fremont Chapel.  INTERMENT : Clark Cemetery.  MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS : To Christina (VanDyke) Oliver Children, C/O Linda Petropoulos.  Friends may send a condolence or share a memory with the family online at www.crandellfh.com.

Bill, Lois and Families:
 
You were with us with your prayers and concerns when we needed them.  We are there for you now.  We are sorry that we weren't able to attend the visitation or the service.  Health has slowed us down so much.  We do care and will keep you in our hearts.
