To Virginia Shaw Peets' Family:
Glen and Phyllis Shaw raised a wonderful family,
including Virginia who was always ready to help others. We remember those
"Happy Hollow" days, always good service and great food! The girls were
always there to help their parents serve the public. I lived up the hill
from the restaurant. The Shaws and their daughters were good neighbors.
We are sorry about your loss.

fun stories. I will miss her and so will so many people whose lives she has
touched. She was a beautiful lady both inside and out.

Dear Tim, Connie, and family:
We extend our deepest sympathy to your family.
We both loved your Mom so very much and enjoyed all the years we shared as
"friends and family" at First Congregational Church. She was simply a
classy lady, and always beautiful inside and out. She was a long-standing
part of our "Church Crafters" and we have continued to miss her presence and
speak of her often. We know this has been a difficult few years and we pray
God will grant you peace and comfort, knowing Virginia is now with her
Precious Lord.

and your family. Virginia's contributions to the American Red Cross spanned
over an amazing 50 years of service. Her commitment and dedication as a
Gray Lady has served as a shining example of selflessness to others within

the American Red Cross and to Newaygo Couty will not be forgotten.

Virginia had the most wonderful approach to life and a great
gift of humor and laughter. I remember so many great conversations with "Gigi"
- she had the best outlook on life of anyone I've ever met. I will miss her
smile and that hand on my arm as we talked - she provided so many good moments
in my life. Jim
