Redinger, Charlotte G.

 

Charlotte G. Redinger, age 90, of Newaygo, passed away Monday, September 28, 2009, at the Newaygo Medical Care Facility in Fremont.  Charlotte was born on May 10, 1919, in Chicago to William G. and Edna (Hoehn) Bickel and married Carl Redinger on August 24, 1940, in Chicago.  Carl and Charlotte moved to the Newaygo area in 1952 from Downers Grove, Illinois.  Charlotte was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church in White Cloud and active in the Woman’s Fellowship.

 

She is survived by her son, Karl (LouAnne) Redinger of Newaygo; 4 grandchildren, Karl (Rosalynn) Redinger II of Florida, Kurt Redinger and special friend Lori of Newaygo, Ryan (Nicole) Redinger of Morley, and Reuben Redinger of Grant; several great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; and brother, William Bickel of Chicago.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl, on March 20, 2008; sister, Marge; and brother, Bob.

 

Memorial services will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, October 3, 2009, at the Croton Trinity Bible Church with Pastor Harry Bultema officiating.   For a more lasting memorial friends are asked to consider the Newaygo V.F.W.
