Royer, Muriel Margaret

Muriel M. Royer, age 77, of Fremont passed away at home on Thursday, February 28, 2008.  She was born on August 16, 1930, in Sault St. Marie to David and Matilda (Watchorn) Munro and was a homemaker.  She married George Royer Sr. on March 1, 1949, in Sault St. Marie and was an active member of the Fremont Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.    

Muriel is survived by her children, David (Lorraine) Munro of River Rouge, and George Royer Jr. of Fremont; 3 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren;  sister, Betty (Richard) Pinder of Clermont, Florida; and several cousins.  She was preceded in death by her husband George in 2002.

Funeral memorial services will held at 2 p.m., on Saturday, March 15, 2008, from the Kingdom Hall Of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Fremont.  For a more lasting memorial, friends are asked to consider contributions to the Kingdom Hall Of Jehovah’s Witnesses.  Friends may share memories and condolences with the family at www.crandellfh.com.   Arrangements by Crandell Funeral Home in Fremont.
