To Ruth's Family,

Ruth and Chuck were very "giving" people.  They were wonderful friends of Mary (Babe)and Loren Fitzpatrick.  They did so much for Loren and Babe at times when Loren and Babe were unable to do for themselves.  We are sure they shared their time with others who needed that type of "giving".  Babe and Loren are gone now, so we, Loren's cousins, feel we should speak for them.  As for myself, I always enjoyed working with Ruth on church committees.

Thank you for sharing your parents.

Dear Patricia, David and Laura,

I was sorry to hear of the passing of your mother.

It has been a long time since I spoke with Ruth. It was

shortly after your father died.

There was a time when we and I saw Ruth and Chuck often.

From Downriver to Dearborn to Fremont.

I have never been to Fremont, but your Dad, Uncle Jack,

Patrick and I, deer hunted in that area. Patrick remembered

that we stayed in Chuck’s Dad’s cabin.

Time flies and we flew away. Elizabeth and I have

lived in Plano (Dallas) Texas for the last 24 years. We

have two men, 32 and 35, a daughter-in-law, and one grandson

(almost 5).

I hope you are all doing well.

I just want to tell you again how important and wonderful Ruth was to our family.  Our daughter Alicia, loved her with all her heart.  They were a match made by God.  She will be sadly missed by all of us.  Alicia and all of us were very honored to have her letter read at the funeral.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.  God Bless you.
